It was necessary to plan the extension
- taking into account the proximity and depth of an existing drainage
pipe which ran through the plot.
The contraints of the avialable
space resulted in a stepped plan but it was possible to achieve
the Client's requirements with the defined area.
Unfortunately
the depth of the existing drainage pipe and restricted working area
involved an almost total destruction of the garden area during the
building operations.
Before work started....
The
Proposals 
My Clients have paid special attention
to the detail in fitting out the new build areas and have achieved
an exeptional standard of interior.design using many interesting
lighting effects and high quality finishes.
