TULIPS FROM THOMPSON AND MORGAN

19 APRIL 2009

In the Autumn of last year I saw an advertisement for these tupils called 'Purple Passion'

I ordered them from Thompson and Morgan and when they were delivered, I planted them in purple pots
with great expectations for an excellent display in the spring.

You can imagine my surprise and dissappointment when the resulting flowers bore no resemplance whatsover
to the plants offered in the advertisement.

As you might expect, I wrote to Thompson and Morgan and sent them photographs of the results.

They have given me a complete refund of the money I paid.

I still feel however that thery hide behind their 'Terms and Condition' which state that their liability extends only
to the costs of the plants supplied.

What about the time and effort in (1) Obtaining suitable pots (2) Obtaining suiitable compost (3) Planting and
nurturing for almost six months and (4) The dissappointment.

I believe ther 'Terms and Conditions' are 'unreasonable'.

I will not be ordering from Thompson and Morgan in the future
